As always, you are spot on Auntie! I received a promotion took over a new department only to find out a Hispanic Male was upset about my promotion and said to my face that he would not assist me in anyway and would do his best to have me removed from the position. Now, being a beautiful unicorn that I am, I not only know how to pivot, but I am extremely good at what I do. I have continued to massage my relationships with the CEO, COO, and the President of the company. I also became curious as to why two women who reported to this ops quit around the same time. I am friendly with both of them and ask why did they leave? They both stated because of harassment from the same Hispanic male. I took their statements and have it in my back pocket.
